Nice to meet you. I’m Kelsey.

I’m a queer therapist, a foodie, obsessed with creativity, proud dog-parent, and I’m always trying to get outside.

Many of the people I work with have already spent a lot of time thinking about themselves. What they’re looking for isn’t just more insight — it’s a way to actually shift the patterns that keep showing up in their lives.

Our work together is both reflective and active. We’ll explore the deeper layers of your identity, relationships, and emotional world, while also identifying practical ways to experiment with change between sessions.

I hope that through working together you feel more seen, more empowered, more embodied, more grounded, and more alive.
